Why do top actors sometimes take roles in poorly directed ensemble films?
Just saw "The Maden Heist" on DVD. It has Morgan Freeman, William H. Macy and Christopher Walken, but the directing is horrible. So hokey and at times cluttered. Why would actors of this calibre do a film that doesn't have a solid direction?
