Video game problem?

Ok, I will finally admit I have a video game addiction problem. Luckily my grades haven't suffered yet, but when I get into the cles for my degree I know if I don't quit I will end up flunking out. I play more hours than anyone really needs to know right now and all I do is get frustrated, curse at the screen and rarely have fun, but I still play for God knows what reason. I need help on quitting badly. The only other thing I do in life for enjoyment is guitar and music. I really need help on quitting video games before it ruins the rest of my life. Serious answers only please.
