Why is it politically incorrect to speak out against these barbaric practices?

Decapitations by Taliban and marriages to ten year old little girls. I find these practices morally reprehensible but they seem to be accepted practice for another culture. Do you think that speaking out against this violates the Community Guidelines? Or should these practices be accepted so that we won't have a third world back lash?
