Congrats on your new job. Consider...always dress on the conservative (new job) and when you are acclimated, then explore the possibilities. Ditch the PacSun shirts for now, tuck your polo shirts in and try to look your professional best, even without face-to-face customers, you will have face-to-face with employers.
