Is it possible to make a non-disclosure agreement between a person and a corporation?

I have an idea for a website and before sending it to web design companies for a price quote, I want to protect the idea with an NDA. But is that ok even if I am not representing a corporation? Can an NDA between a person (me) and a company (web design company) legally bear weight? Thanks
