Can I use a scratch remover to fix chipped paint on my car ?

yea there really is no option besides repainting that entire piece. Applying cover up only masks the issue. The paint flexed and now doesnt fully adhere to the plastic it was painted onto and will eventualy flake off in future car washings etc. This is not a chipped paint issue, its a bumper paint issue. gl
