What makeup products realli make a difference in your eyes?

I want some products tat will enhance the eye to pop out more. i have brown eyes, double eye lids, and medium length lashes (im asian :DDD). i want to keep it natural thou like i want to stick away from eyeliner on the bottom waterline n like exotic color eyeshadows. be specific plez thx!
