What is the best kind of gr to plant?

I don't think all sod prices are set in stone. You probably have to go to a sod farm to get an estimation of how much it will run you. I would go with sod over seeding. My neighbors seeded their lawn and it looks bad. It's very thin in some spots and normal in others. Now they're thinking about ripping it out and getting sod after all, haha.
