What can i do to gain his trust back?

Two months ago I screwed up when I betrayed my boyfriend's trust. In a fit of anger I told another guy a secrete that my boyfriend had made me promise not to tell anyone. it was a pretty big secrete and when my boyfriend found ot we broke up. I have been trying to do everything to get him back. He is finally talking to me again but we are just friends. I hate this but I know that I deserve what happened. I love him and Im willing to do anything to get him to tryst me again. What should I do?
