What are some advocacy groups for ESL/EFL students and/or migrant populations?

I am looking for any advocacy groups for students in the USA, South Korea, Japan, or in relation to international schools. With respect to the USA, they can be in any region or state. I'm just looking for names of advocacy groups that I can research.
