My younger sister gets away with EVERYTHING?

Will your parents allow you to get a lock on your door? And if you want more clothes, maybe you could approach them and ask if there is a way to 'earn' getting more clothes, since just asking is not getting their attention. I'm sorry though, if the parents don't care to discipline her, then she will never learn to feel for others.
