Is this fair *Please i only have 2 days*?

My group and i had to do a pamphlet in social studies. We got our scores back and I was the only person in the group not to get a Hundred percent. He told me my page (which was a paragraph) was plagiarism which meant i copied completely out the text book. I looked over th text book in my next book and compared all seventeen paragraphs from the text book and didn't see any anything that i copied. i went and told me and he threatened to suspend me or i can take two points of which would drop m grade from an A- to a D+ and this is the last week of the first quarter. Ive been trying to find ways to get him not to but its like he hates me. Please i really need help.
