Is it possible to bend a 9mm thick sheet of birch plywood?

This is for a GCSE project, and i need to bend a 9mm thick piece of birch plywood for the corner of a table. What i need to know is, is it possible to bend this 9mm thick piece of the birch plywood so that it stays in this position, but without using steam methods etc, general machinery you'd find in a school.
