Installing ubuntu triple boot?

Select manual. Install to the partition you want (select by size since you won't be seeing drive letters - those are Windows things). Once Ubuntu is installed, every time you start the computer you'll get a menu with a few options for Ubuntu, one (or two) for Windows 7 and one (or two) for Windows XP.
