Incompetent cervix that is funneling @ 20 wks and 5 days?

I am currently experencing an incompetent cervix that is funneling and I am 20 wks and 5 days pregnant. There isn't enough cervix to stitch and I am 2 cm dilated. I am on meds snd complete bed rest. I am looking for women who have experenced this to respond with there out comes. Did you make it long enough to have a health baby?
