I reported a fraud check 3yrs ago but my cellphone provider won't issue me another.any right people 4 this?

well if the mobile company did send you a cheque and if it not more then three years old then you can send then a letter of demand with all you correspondece and give them fifteen days to reply and if they fail to to the small claims ( Night Court ) and issue a Summons which will cost you no money and further more in small claims court you dont need a laywer so the court will ist you in makeing out the summons and you inform the company that you will take them to court and also go to the press so they will act swiftly and refund your money with intrest compounded.
