I am confused as to how much total im entitled in a dity move?

I am married with 2 children under 12y travelling with. My spouse is not military, and is travelling a different day as me. I am pcs'ing to a post 600 miles away with 4500lbs of goods. my spouse will be driving a POV and I will be driving a rental truck(uhaul) I need all the advice I can get and perhaps an estimated amount total for the move
