I'm 24 years old, 120lbs. I took prednisone for 2 years, now I'm off it. Does the moonface ever go away? How?

I have tried everything to get rid of it (I've been off prednisone for approximately 6 months). I used to have a narrow face. Do I permanently have this round face for the rest of my life? I hate it!
