Can I lose fat while using creatine?
I have tried fat burners, Lipo 6 and the like, but while they do work, I don't like feeling "amped" all day and losing my appetite completely. It is my understanding that I should eat 6 small meals a day, a lot of protein, eliminate simple sugars, and consume lots of water and vegetables...The fat burners make me want to eat NOTHING..Anyway, I also heard that the caffeine in the fat burners inhibits creatine absorption, so they should not be taken simultaneuously? That's a moot point because I am done with the fat burners..Just want to know if creatine is advisable for someone looking to cut some fat..I know if caused water weight as far as muscle tissue saturation, but I want to know does it inhibit fat loss. I am 6'4" 260, pretty muscular, but haven't worked out in over a year. Genetics is the only thing keeping me from being a hog right now. Anyway, and advice would be helpful.
