No, I've read the DOJ crime statistics. Black people make up around 11% of the population and yet commit more violent crimes than the 55% majority white population. One can look at many cultural trends which may account for this trend. Poverty, broken families, drugs, racism, but I think it is the fact that in many inner cities failure has become an expectation and personal accountability is never taught. The life of crime is glorified and encouraged. I think these kids could be saved if they got out of these communities.
